The establishment of a specialised independent pre-tertiary arts school in the heart of the Singapore city and at the gateway of the Bras Basah Precinct, has given WOHA the opportunity to design a state-of-the-art building. With this School of the Arts building project, WOHA won the Jørn Utzon Award for International Architecture in the 2011 National Architecture Awards.
