
The School of the Arts (SOTA) is set up by the Ministry of Information, Communications and the Arts. SOTA is Singapore’s first national pre-tertiary specialised arts school. For youths aged 13 - 18 who have an interest and talent in the visual and performing arts, SOTA offers a dedicated development path, providing them with a new teaching and learning environment where both their artistic and academic potential can best be realised.

As part of our expansion plans, we are pleased to invite applications for the position of:
Manager, Corporate Planning & Services
Job requirements:
- Provides support to Director and Management on corporate planning matters including writing proposal, paper and minutes recording to BOD, Ministry and SSC
- Coordinate the BOD related resolution and main liaison with company secretariat
- Responsible for all donations/donations in kind received and prepare the proposal for APC and BOD approval
- Track and ensure that all donations received are utilized as per proposal approved by BOD and Donor
- Provide support as the Advancement and Philanthropy Committee’s secretariat
- Act as the main coordinator with MICA charity sector administrator
- Involved in all other Donations related reporting and submission to regulatory
- Act as a coordinator to ensure that internal control are in place for all corporate department’s operational SOP and policies
- Draft and review corporate policy or SOP
- Liaise with charity administrator, charity council and other authorities
Applicants should have:
- Possess Bachelor degree in Business, Finance or equivalent with minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, including good writing skills
- Meticulous and self-motivated individual with strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Able to work independently
