Grace Tan is a multi-disciplinary practitioner and the founder of kwodrent - a series of spatial and wearable fabric sculptures which seeks to question and redefine the relationship between body and space, and materiality and immateriality. Focusing on the transformative element of form, function and meaning, her explorations lead to new landscapes that blur the line between Fashion, Fine Art, Architecture as well as Mathematics.
Grace regularly collaborates with practitioners from various disciplines and she has exhibited her works at London Design Week, Venice Biennale, Tokyo Design Tide, State of Design Festival in Melbourne and Singapore Art Museum.
