He has actively sought to expand his worldview through active participation in teacher work attachment programmes. In this capacity, he has taught English to undergraduates in Hanoi, Vietnam (2006) and shared pedagogical strategies with English teachers in Amman, Jordan (2007). He also joined the Ministry of Education’s National Education Branch as part of their validation teams of schools for the National Education Award (2008) and helped to develop resource packages for their Learning Journey partners (2009).

Clarence enjoys writing short stories in his free time. Some of his works have been published in in-house publications.
