
Lee Min Er graduated with Bachelor of Arts with merit in English Language and Theatre Studies from the National University of Singapore, and moved on to receive a Postgraduate Diploma in Education from National Institute of Education, Singapore. She was awarded with the Advanced Postgraduate Diploma in Drama and Drama Education in 2004 and is an experienced drama teacher who has seen the pioneering batches of GCSE ‘O’ Level Drama students through their examinations in Singapore. She is one of the few qualified GCSE ‘O’ Level Drama Assessors who have been trained by Cambridge assessors.
Min Er particularly enjoys working with young people collaboratively to develop their performance skills and harness their creativity for self-expression. She has written scripts and directed the drama club in her previous school for the Singapore Youth Festival Central Judging (Drama) winning Gold with Honours in 2005 and Gold award in 2007 and 2009. Min Er is also constantly looking for opportunities and challenges to develop her artistic potential and has participated in the 24-hour Playwriting Competition organised by TheatreWorks, a Singapore theatre company.
