Adeline Lim graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion and Textile Design and received First Class Honours from Curtin University in Western Australia in 2008. During her final year, Adeline also completed a summer placement at Central Saint Martins studying Trend Forecasting.

Graduating top of her class and awarded the certificate for a consistently high standard of work, Adeline also received West Australian state-wide awards for her textile work and fashion design and her work has been exhibited in local galleries.

Adeline believes in practical applications for art and art-related disciplines, and has worked in visual merchandising in Western Australia, along with costume design and illustration for theatre and dance. She has also taught both primary and secondary school students a variety of creative programmes, and has spearheaded other programmes to encourage arts appreciation in young children.

Experienced in both physical and digital mediums, Adeline has worked as layout artist for magazines, as well as covered a broad range of illustrated work in ink, watercolour paints and digital collage for for children’s stories.

Adeline firmly believes in cross-disciplinary work and collaborates frequently with artists from other areas of the visual, performing and literary arts scene.
