Kristie Eng has been immersed in youth outreach efforts in the community and facilitated numerous youth-centric engagement activities for youths of various profiles. Her interest in youth work and counselling extends to engaging youths in the school setting where she has also undertaken the planning, execution and evaluation of customised programmes.
Kristie’s strong passion in working with youths stems from her belief that they have the capacity to grow and transform. She adopts a strengths-based perspective when working with youths to support and empower them in their development. Throughout her interaction with the youths, she works towards increasing their self-esteem, journeying with them to become better decision-makers and creating a safe space for healing to take place.
Kristie graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) and continues to hone her therapeutic approach in Satir Transformational Systemic Therapy.
