Public Service Commission (PSC) Scholarship 

Recipients: Charis Tan & Ruby Gale Thiagarajan

Two SOTA alumni Charis Tan and Ruby Gale Thiagarajan were recipients of the PSC Scholarship 2013 and the first SOTA students to receive the scholarship. Charis (Faculty of Music) will be heading to Berklee College of Music in Boston to study Music, while Ruby (Faculty of Theatre) will be studying Political Science and Sociology at Sciences Po in France. Both attribute their achievements to the holistic programme and unique education philosophy in SOTA, which were instrumental in their development and growth as students. They hope to be posted to the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth to help develop the Arts in Singapore when they graduate.
