Class of 2015 Theatre graduate Nur Sabrina binte Dzulkifli is the recipient of the inaugural Singapore Unbound Fellowship! Presented by Singapore Unbound, the Fellowship aims to cultivate literary talent and encourage literary achievement by immersing a promising Singaporean author in the cultural life of New York City. The fellowship, worth USD5000, is awarded to an author who demonstrates great promise and who will benefit significantly from the stint.

Selected from a competitive field of 20 candidates, Sabrina's writing sample was unanimously praised by the selection committee of prominent literary observers and practitioners of Singapore, comprising Constance Singam, Dan Feng Tan, and Philip Holden. With the Fellowship, Sabrina will reside in New York City for two continuous weeks in the coming year to work on a writing project, have the opportunity to present her work to a New York public, and also participate in one literary event organised by Singapore Unbound.
