Congratulations to Year 4 Dance students Anneli Tan, Cherie Wong, Deborah Loh, Kynda Ng, Leong Su Nin, and Valerie Tan who have won first place in the Senior A Group category at the Masterpiece International Ballet Competition!

Coached by Ms Silvia Yong, the team performed an adaptation of a choreography created by Ms Yong in 2011. For this competition, Ms Yong specially made changes to the music and choreography, and the students practised hard to perfect the performance. Their efforts paid off and the dancers won a scholarship to take part in the Japan Ballet Competition, attend the masterclasses, as well as a $100 voucher from Sonata Dancewear!
