Justine Tan started her journey with the Ministry of Education (MOE) as a school administration manager, and subsequently joined the Human Resources (HR) Group at MOE Headquarters (HQ), where she was part of the team which pioneered an initiative to improve the accessibility of HR services to MOE staff.
Prior to her posting to SOTA, Justine was Vice-Principal (Administration) at Cedar Girls’ Secondary School (CGSS), and part of the pioneer team of school leaders of the Victoria-Cedar Alliance. At CGSS, her key areas of responsibility spanned across corporate functions such as public communications, estate and safety management, human resources, and student affairs.
Justine believes that every individual has the ability to make a positive impact with their unique strengths, and hopes to help them achieve their potential. She advocates for the important role of the non-teaching staff towards the education of our future generation.
