Celine Tan graduated from the Royal Academy of Dance, University of Surrey, with a BA (First Class Honours) degree in the Art and Teaching of Ballet. After graduation, she became an Associate and Licentiate member of the Royal Academy of Dance and a qualified Pilates instructor. Celine also completed her MA in Education (Dance Teaching) with the Royal Academy of Dance, validated by University of Bath.

Celine has also taught ballet in Francis Holland School (UK) and Royal Academy of Dance Headquarters, coaching students up to Solo Seal level. She has performed and choreographed for school and charity shows in Singapore and London, such as Princess Margaret Dance Competition with Francis Holland School, Chance to Dance with the Royal Opera House and Design for Dance with Central Saint Martins School of Design. Celine has also contributed reviews of international dance companies for online UK dance magazine ballet.co.uk.
