Rehearsal Information
What if I do not wish to book the allocated slot?
- Please download the SYF 2026 Exchange/Cancellation Form here and submit the duly completed form via email only to syfbooking@sota.edu.sg.
*Any request to exchange date/block after 28 November 2025, 5pm will incur a penalty fee of $100 per school for the first change. Any subsequent change will incur a penalty fee of $200 per school.
What do I do if I wish to confirm the allocated slot?
- If SOTA does not receive any request for exchange or cancellation by 28 November 2025 (Friday), 5pm, it is deemed that you will be booking the allocated slot.
- A set of contractual documents (for Phase 1) will be sent to you from 4 December 2025.
- Full set of the endorsed original documents (hardcopy) must be returned to SOTA within 14 days from the date of Letter of Offer. Failure to do so will result in the booking being voided and the date/block will be released to other schools for booking.
What if I missed the ballot exercise? – Submission (Phase 2)
- You may check for balance dates/blocks on SOTA website from 26 November 2025, 5pm, subject to availability.
- For new booking request, please download and submit a new SYF 2026 Rehearsal Booking Request Form (Phase 2) to syfbooking@sota.edu.sg from 10 December 2025 (Wed), 12pm.

| 10 Dec 2025, 12pm onwards | Submission of SYF 2026 Rehearsal Booking Request Form (Phase 2) for those that missed the ballot exercise / new bookings; subject to availability on a first-come-first-served basis |
| 17 Dec 2025 onwards | Contracts for school’s endorsement and payment Note: (i) Full set of the endorsed original documents must be returned to SOTA within fourteen (14) days from date of Letter of Offer, and (ii) Full payment to be made within fourteen (14) days from the date of e-invoice. Failing which, the booking is void and the date/block will be released to the next school. |
Rehearsal Timeslots (for all categories)
Block A – 8:30am to 10.30am
Block B – 10:30am to 12:30pm
Block C – 12:30pm to 2:30pm
Block D – 2:30pm to 4:30pm
Block E – 4:30pm to 6:30pm
Block F – 6:30pm to 8:30pm
