In yet another exciting collaboration with Singapore Night Festival, the SOTA West Plaza area was lit during the week-long festivities from 23 to 30 August 2019! In November, our teachers came together for three weeks of training, planning, and bonding. Going green with NTUC Income RUN 350 Young NTUC has entered into a unique collaboration with Singapore firm bloomerang for the NTUC Income RUN 350, which will see alumni from the School of the Arts create a sculpture made with clothes hangers given by runners. The sculpture is titled "A Selfless Gift", which will be showcased during the run on 7 April 2013. Over 10,000 runners from 56 countries have signed up and Young NTUC will plant a tree for every 100 runners taking part in the run. [13

FOR THOSE WHO HAVE BEEN KILLED Our Visual Arts teacher, Mr Vincent Leow, held his solo exhibition titled “FOR THOSE WHO HAVE BEEN KILLED" at Chen Hampe Gallery, Geylang Lorong 24A -Shophouse 5 from 4 Dec 2015 to 3 Jan 2016. The main idea Vincent communicates in this exhibition is the notion of how we, in developed nations and technologically-advanced societies like Singapore, are passing through time and space in a desensitised bubble.
