13th International High School Arts Festival, The Art Anchors 13th International High School Arts Festival Reflections and thoughts from SOTA students - The 13th International High School Arts Festival in Tokyo, Japan provided a good platform for Mariel Chee, Year 6 who was selected as the winner under the Singapore Category for International Artists and Fiona Seng, Year 3 who emerged as a finalist for the same competition and category. SOTA Launches Arts Development Award, SOTA launches Arts Development Award SOTA officially launched the Arts Development Award (ADA) during its annual Awards Day on 30 July 2018!
