Balance by Jason Lim (Portable Art Week - Third Edition)

Visual Arts faculty Mr Jason Lim’s ceramic sculptures were featured in this year’s Portable Art Week organised by iPreciation, a fine arts company. The Portable Art Week aims to introduce new artists to collectors and for collectors to get close to Singapore and Asian contemporary art. 

Entitled Balance, Mr Lim said that in this work, "the elements are positioned to create a composition of harmony and balance through repeated rhythm. The elements are metaphors for important things in our life. Each correlates to the other, a slight shift will create imbalance and final collapse.”
