After three months of laborious planning and three weeks of intensive sewing, the SOTA Parents successfully completed the Mask for Good project! An initiative by the SOTA Parent Support Group to raise funds for the SOTA Endowment Fund, the project involved 90 parent volunteers to sew more than 2500 masks from scratch!

As our Year 6 students approach the final lap of their IB journey, the SOTA Parent Support Group (PSG) wanted to show their support and encouragement with a specially curated Care Pack.

Staying healthy and eating well is key to staying focused during exams. Knowing that our Year 6s put in a lot of time to prepare for their IB exams, the SOTA Parent Support Group volunteered to prepare nutritious dinners for the students.

At this year's Teachers' Day celebrations, our talented students and teachers spared no effort in preparing a jaw-dropping concert programme. The ever-supportive SOTA Parents also prepared a spread of delectable desserts to show their appreciation to the teachers.

To thank parent volunteers who have taken time to assist and support SOTA Parent Support Group events, an appreciation evening was held on Friday, 27 September 2019. It was a fun-filled evening filled with plenty of laughter and we made many memories that will be cherished.

As part of their efforts to support other parents on the parenting journey, SOTA Parent Support Group organised a Mental Wellness Talk for parents on 3 May 2019.

The Year 1 and Year 2 students enjoyed a wonderful evening with their families on 11 April 2019 at Honour Night! Organised by the SOTA FamChamps, Honour Night is a student-initiated project, which aims to strengthen bonding for parents/guardians and their child/ward.

This year, we had the help of volunteers from the SOTA Parent Support Group to help answer questions from potential parents at our Open Symposium. The parent volunteers also took the opportunity to help the school raise funds by selling SOTA merchandise.

On 15 February 2019, the SOTA Parents Support Group held a parent volunteers welcome session to get to know the new volunteers and discuss the upcoming activities for the year. It was an enjoyable morning catching up with one another!
