A Musical Afternoon with Dick Lee
Year 3 and 4 SOTA Music students were treated to an afternoon with singer-songwriter Dick Lee on 3 August as part of The ICON Series. It was truly inspiring for our aspiring musicians to hear the experience and musical journey of an iconic local musician. Mr Lee even kindly obliged with an impromptu performance of his original song "Life Story” to our delight!
The ICON Series is a new initiative of the Sing50 Fund which was founded in 2015 to preserve and celebrate our Singapore music heritage by fostering knowledge of and affection for Singapore music among the young and the community.
