Release of 2016 International Baccalaureate Examination Results

The International Baccalaureate Examination Results were released on 5 January 2017 and it was an exciting day for our 2016 graduating cohort as they came together to receive their results.

The cohort is SOTA’s fifth batch of graduates and a total of 165 students sat for the IB examinations in 2016. SOTA achieved a 100% pass rate in both the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) and IB Career-related Programme (IBCP) .

SOTA’s IBDP students scored 38 points on average, with 52 of them obtaining a score of between 40 – 45 points. 73% of the IBCP students achieved excellent performance in their career-related studies and in their DP subjects, scoring Grades 6 and 7.
